Life of Being Disabled

There are many people in the world that live with disabilities and they have a hard life. Whether it be worrying about living, being able to talk, see or even walk. Most kids who are like this are picked on and made fun of by other kids. Some are even beat up because people think they can't do anything about it. There are also times where someone who is disabled are cast out by their own family or there are people who pretend to be their "friends." See but what most people do not understand is that those people are only nice to you when they are around you and when it counts those "friends" are not there to have your back. Then you find that one person who you can call a true friend and they will be there for you no matter what. I mean on top of all the suffering you go through, all the pain of the disability, you will find someone to help you and maybe even someone to love. Once someone starts beating you and picking on you they do not stop until someone stands up to him/her or until you are dead. I mean many times just because someone is different they get beat up or picked on so much that they just can't take it anymore so they just give up on life. And then there are kids in school that need extra help and have an Aid to help them write or carry their books and other kids think they are so lucky because they have someone to help them but what they don't understand is that the kid who gets the help, they get tired of it and don't want it. Once they get older they do not want any help because it is like they are getting babied and after so long, it gets old.

It does not stop once you are an adult either because once you are done with school, no will hire you and every girl just ignores you or will not go out with you. People also think that since you are disabled then you get a lot money but you don't. You hardly get enough money to pay the bills and buy food let alone buy something new for your enjoyment. I mean I would like to get a new computer but I can't because I can't afford it.

This is just a little bit about what it is like to grow up being disabled. I know this because it happened to me and it is still happening to me up until this day. I learned to live with it and I found something I am good at and love to do. That is how I continue living with it is I found something I am good at and just went with it. Instead of getting mad, I play video games to take my anger out or I write. That and the support of my family and friend. I hope that a lot of people will read this and realize what they are doing when beating up or picking on someone with a disability. Maybe just maybe they will stop and not do it.
